Did you miss your last training? No dramas. Here's the next training for you. Please come and give it a go and explore your own physical fitness. Having a great workout while enjoying the fresh morning environment under the limitless sky that you might have missed for ages. You just don't gain physical benefits but you are also improving your mental fitness in many ways. 
Exercise Involvement is the combination of cardio, interval, resistance and lots of warm ups and stretching.
Result- gets you leaner,stronger and healthier .
Moral- encouraging Nepalese community to GET FIT, STAY FIT 
Who Can Come: Anyone. *Condition: Kids should be accompanied by parents.
Please come in fitness outfit, wearing exercise gears.
Bring your own water bottle and towel. Pack up your bag with sunscreen and hat if you are uncomfortable with the sunlight exposures. It'll be a smart idea to hold a wind-sitter as it may be quite chilling in the morning.
Please come 10-15 minutes earlier before the Training starts.
