Decline Dumbbell Press

Purpose of Exercise:


TO DEVELOP THE LOWER PECTORAL MUSCLES.

Execution:

    • Lie on a decline bench.
    • Take a dumbbell in each hand and hold them at shoulder height, palms facing forward. Lift the dumbbells up (the bar must line on your lower chest).
    • Lower them slowly back to the starting position but don’t rest; lift them up.
