Knees In Air Sit-Ups

Purpose of Exercise:

FOR UPPER AND LOWER ABS.

Execution:

  • Lie on your back on the floor, hands clasped behind your neck. Keeping your knees bent, raise your feet in the air and cross your ankles.
  • Keeping your knees steady, sit up and bring your head as close to your knees as possible. Really try to feel the “crunch” as the abs contract, don’t just go through the motion.
  • Lower yourself back to the floor slowly.

Tip:

To make the movement easier when you are fatigued, do the exercise with your arms extended in front of you instead of behind your neck.
