Purpose of Exercise:

FOR LOWER ABS.

Execution:

  • Sit on the end of a flat bench and lie back with legs extended straight out and your hands underneath your buttocks for support.
  • Keeping your legs straight, raise them as high as you can.
  • Lower them slowly until they are below the level of the bench.
