Purpose of Exercise:
FOR LOWER ABS.
Execution:
- After you begin to tire doing Hanging Leg Raises, bending your knees will enable you to do more reps with a longer range of motion.
- Take a hold of a chinning bar with an overhand grip and hand at arm’s length from the bar.
- Bend your knees, then lift your legs as high as possible.
- Lower them back to the starting position.
Warning:
Be sure not swinging while doing this exercise.
