Bent Knees Vertical Bench Leg Raises

Purpose of Exercise:

FOR LOWER ABS.

This is a great exercise to do right after the Vertical Bench Leg Raises.

Execution:

This exercise is done similarly as the Vertical Bench Leg Raises, except, you bend your knees throughout the movement. This is quite easier version of Leg Raises but controlling the range of motion hits hard on your abs.
