Phone Number: (Available Upon Request)

Marital Status: Married

Professional Job: Pro Bodybuilder, Gym Owner and Personal Trainer

Age of Bodybuilding Started: 20 years old – 2054 – 02 -01

Inspired by/from: Those people with bigger arms walking around the streets of Kathmandu

Best Memory in Bodybuilding: Participating in the 1st Asian Beach Games in 2008 was my best memory. Just participation meant a lot to me.

Worst Memory: After the 6th National Game, the Association had to inform the players about future planning of the games. I was not informed about anything about the games coming nationally or internationally.  Bodybuilders train harder than anyone just to take part in the game and gain victory. If the responsible authority doesn’t inform the players, we’ll lose what we have built.

Best Bodypart: Back

Weakest Bodypart: Chest but it’s improving now

Best posing: Back double biceps and Most Muscular Pose

Worst Posing: Standing Relaxed and Front Double Biceps

Workout Duration:

Competition: 3 hours (Morning and Evening)

Off Season: 1 hour (Single Body Part; 2 days Rest)

Hobbies: Spend time with family. I spend most of my hours with iron. Whenever I get time, I want to spend time with my family.

Few words about Fitness Nepal:  I feel proud that Fitness Nepal is here among the bodybuilders and fitness professionals. Bodybuilding is not only a game; it’s a profession as well. A bodybuilder after a game conceals behind the walls of the gym due to the lack of media coverage. Fitness Nepal magazine can be a milestone for the bodybuilders and the professionals for their optimum exposures. I wish this magazine would flourish very soon.
